Oh gag. A group of mostly southern belles in DC has formed a club for aspiring trophy wives. Does it surprise that at least 80% of the Madison Club is Republican? A member of the male-equivalent Capital Club says, "We're starting a breeding program. We're going to maintain the blue-blood line." Doesn't it bother anyone these days that a blonde graduate of Alabama or Ole Miss thinks she can still arrive in Washington, twirl her hair, flash some cleavage, and think she can run the town or at least land a congressman?
