Clearly, it's "The Black Circus."  Why can't they say this?  This synopsis rivals the 'urban' music radio category and a pro athletes being praised for 'athleticism' for its euphamistic take on race--on one hand trying hard to capitalize on the associations brought up by phrases like 'urban showmanship' but at the same time trying to be PC by not being explicit about them.
