Watch for falling frozen feces

It's not every day that frozen feces drops from the sky and smashes your 1993 Toyota Corolla. Nina Gambone, of Leominster, MA, heard what sounded like an explosion the other day. When she looked outside, she saw that a beach ball-sized block of frozen human waste had totaled her car. (At right, her son holds blocks of the icy substance, which he later regretted.) Turns out a plane with a leak near the bathroom had accumulated human waste on the side of the plane, and when the plane began to descend for Logan Airport in Boston, the chunk warmed up enough to fall from the plane.Luckily, the FAA is looking into the matter to determine which airline was responsible.
