If you're hungry for some real kitchen fresh chicken, copykat.com tells you how to make KFC Fried Chicken in your own home. It also gives this definition of the ubiquitous MSG, which I've always wondered about. "It serves to make flavors stronger, almost pop right out at you." So if you were still under the impression your fast food had real flavor, think again. It's just MSG.
